KICA Member App – Account Deletion Request.

If you no longer wish to use your KICA Member account, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal information. How to Request Account Deletion To submit an account deletion request: Step 1: Open the KICA Member App. Step 2: Go to upper left corner and click three dot.

Step 3: Select Delete Account. Step 4: On the Delete Account page, enter:

Your Name Your registered Email Address Reason for deletion (optional) Step 5: Tap “Send Request”. Your account deletion request will then be submitted to the KICA administration team for processing. What Happens After You Submit the Request? After receiving your request, KICA will review and process the account deletion. You will receive a confirmation notification or message before the account is permanently deleted. During the processing period, you may contact KICA if you wish to cancel your deletion request. Once the account deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to access member-only features associated with that account. What Data Will Be Deleted? When your account is deleted, KICA will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, subject to information that KICA is legally or legitimately required to retain. This may include: Account information Profile information Personal contact information Digital membership access Other personal data associated with your account Certain membership, financial, accounting, or legally required records may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legitimate organizational requirements.
