If you no longer wish to use your KICA Member account, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal information. How to Request Account Deletion To submit an account deletion request: Step 1: Open the KICA Member App. Step 2: Go to upper left corner and click three dot. Step 3: Select Delete Account. Step 4: On the Delete Account page, enter: Your Name Your registered Email Address Reason for deletion (optional) Step 5: Tap “Send Request”. Your account deletion request will then be submitted to the KICA administration team for processing. What Happens After You Submit the Request? After receiving your request, KICA will review and process the account deletion. You will receive a confirmation notification or message before the account is permanently deleted.
